About KS2 Mastery

KS2 Mastery is an online practice tool for spelling, grammar, punctuation and reading at Key Stage 2. It supports learning; it does not replace teaching, and we do not promise any particular result, test score or SATs outcome.

Price

KS2 Mastery is free to use. We take no payment. If we ever offer paid features, we will show the price and the terms for them before you pay, and nothing already free will be charged for without your agreement.

Accounts and learners

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Only add a learner if you are their parent or carer or have their parent's or carer's permission. You are responsible for how learners use KS2 Mastery under your account.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. Tell us at ks2mastery@eugnel.uk if you think someone else has used your account.
• The demo is temporary. It stops working after 24 hours and is then deleted by our routine clean-up, unless you create an account from it.

Fair use

• Do not try to break or test the security of KS2 Mastery, or get into accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions, audio, artwork or other content, or use automated tools to load the site heavily.
• Do not type or upload anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or other people's personal details.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or security stops us.

Our content

We own KS2 Mastery and its content, or have permission to use it. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for non-commercial learning while you follow these terms.

Changes and availability

We keep improving KS2 Mastery, so features may change. We try to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be free of faults or interruptions. If we stop offering KS2 Mastery, we will tell account holders in advance where we can, so you can export learners' data.

Ending

You can stop using KS2 Mastery at any time. To delete your account and its data, email hello@eugnel.com; the privacy notice explains what happens to your data.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. KS2 Mastery is for domestic and private use, and we are not responsible for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new effective date, and we tell account holders in the app before a significant change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
